Meeting Point:

Complimentary pickup is available only in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond city centers.
For locations such as New Westminster, Coquitlam, Surrey, and other areas, an additional fee will be required.
Please ensure you provide the correct pickup location and address when booking.

Meeting Time:

The driver will contact you 7 days before departure to inform you of the exact meeting time.
Please provide a valid local contact number or communication app (Line / WeChat / WhatsApp).

Return Location:

The return drop-off location will be the same as the pickup location.
Return time may vary due to itinerary, weather, traffic, and other factors. Please refer to real-time conditions on the day of travel.
